Product Simplicity or Complexity
"I just recently bought a new Treo PDA/cell phone. I've noticed that it's a great organizer for my schedule and contact, but as a phone it does now work very well. My question is, do products have so many features these days that they sacrifice quality of features for quantity."
When it comes to having the latest features, most would agree that they would prefer products that focus on a hand full of features rather than loading all the features possible into one product. Although, it's unfortunate that most products do not perform all the functions they promote in an intuitive manner, focusing the use of a few features creates an overall positive user experience. Manufacturers need to evolve and change products over time based on user preferences, not simply add more and more features with each model year.

SimplyOverwhelmed thinks: I am waiting for the gadget that does it all well even if I have to wait many years. I'd also like this gadget not to need a degree to use properly but be reasonably intuitive. If you forced my hand to vote on this, I would say that B is closer to my point of view. I want a gadget that does something really well.
JBonnin thinks: It is a shame that most of multifunction gadgets don´t perform all of them evenly well yet.
