Leisure Centre Hell
"Leisure time is all about enjoyment. So why does the trip to the local leisure centre seem like a chore? My local pool has most of the lanes closed for lessons. The weights room is full of muscle buddies dominating the equipment."
Health centres provide a wide array of machinery and activities in one centralized location, but this comes with a price. This means that a wide variety of people are also using the facilities. In most cases, whether a health centre is personally to your liking depends on the centre you frequent. Generally, more expensive locations have more room, more machinery, more of everything. If your preference is a cheap alternative to the health centre, many suggest a good bike or run outdoors. A day out in the fresh air could prove just as good a workout as any health centre.

idesign thinks: You get what you pay for, plain and simple. The best facilities come at a higher price.
justemma thinks: Health centres differ from centre to centre, however I personally see nothing interesting about being stuck inside on a piece of machinery. The best exercise is outdoors in the fresh air and it's also the cheapest! Go for a walk, buy a bike or a dog to keep you fit.
