We have all types of technologies now becoming a part of our daily lives. What technologies do you think have impacted us the most and changed our lives for the better?

It's safe to say that the digital age has changed our lives considerably in the last few decades. The ability to tranfer information and communicate has never been easier. The digital age effects every other aspect of our lives, including healthcare. Without the computing power we have today there would be no internet, no cell phones, no high definition television. Rarely does anything come along that has had such a profound impact on our civilization as the computer and the technologies that have come as a result of it.

LuckyShoe thinks: The digital age is upon us and we are now able to communicate in ways we never thought possible. We have instant access to anything and everything imaginable. It almost seems that we now have more information than we know what to do with. We are now a truly global society despite language and cultural differences. The internet, digital technology, computers.....all have created a revolution in the way we perform everyday activities.

Geek1 thinks: I can't agree that we are healthier due to medical related technology. The levels of obesity, heart disease and cancer have never been higher. We may be living longer as a whole, but what about the overpopulation problem it has created. it's an interesting paradox, but I would have to say that the digital age in terms of how computers have changed things is the most impactful on our lives.
