Reporting a comment will notify the site moderators who will judge whether or not to remove it.

The site is monitored round the clock and various filters are in place to prevent, for example, profanity, but it is always possible for inappropriate, off-topic or offensive material to get past, and the sooner users report these, the sooner they can be removed.
