With the holiday season upon us, has shopping become easier as a result of the internet? How do you purchase gifts these days and are those online gift guides any help finding that perfect gift?
Online shopping has made my life much easier. Not only can I buy everything I'm looking for online, but I find plenty of tools for help with gift ideas.

I prefer shopping in stores or shopping centers, browsing until I find the gift I'm looking for. You never know you may find that perfect gift in the window of a store you've never entered before.

simpletonthinks: i prefer online shopping but sometimes it's not practical. example...finding earphones for your portable music player that a) fit b) comfortable c) give good sound...better to try them on in a shop and i want an earpiece that fits my ear perfectly so someone make an earpiece that is flexible and moulds to fit my ear not a half-baked off the shelf solution one size fits all cos they don't
wicherbosthinks: i agree on-line shopping makes life comfortable; however it is an addition to the usual shopping, so presenting just two view is misleading. You will always need both, depending on the mood and time available you choose the appropriate channel
