How to avoid complexity stealing your energy?

I find that complexity often steals my mental and physical energy. Sometimes I spend lots of time on things that should be much simpler; it can be everything from ordering a mobile phone subscription to fixing my PC. How do I preserve my energy to the stuff that matters?

simplify, simplify, simplify.....the less material clutter you have to worry about the quicker you can act on your cognition therefore 1 credit card for everything , the same suits for work in the same colour scheme, do not iron!,protien shakes & bars for most meals and then an occasional dinner out for a treat, start up your own company and take a taxi everywhere instead of driving, and charge the fares to your business expenses...think about essentials rather than consumer trends

Of course, this is not always possible. Once again, balance is the solution.

Hey, do what I do... be belligerant or vote with your feet ! If a company or service is too complicated I give it ONE chance at redemption. I ask a PERSON to sort out their company's silly systems FOR me and when they've done it I'll consider using it. If this is too much for them to cope with, they can forget about the money in my pocket.... they'll never have the chance to get at it ! How many internet sites have you come across which have such convoluted rules and formats, varigated accessability etc, that you just can't be bothered to get involved ? You often find they either simplify or they evaporate, heh heh !
