BigCheez questions:
Laughter, the best medicine
I've always been told that laughter is the best medicine. Can this really true? Is there any scientific proof of this? Could the cure for all our ailments simply be more laughter?
View A
Laughter is infectious. Spread it whenever possible.
View B
Laughter is not a cure, but merely a distraction from the true issue at hand.

crayzon thinks: Strange but true, laughter yoga has hit the mainstream. According to the article "This is laughter yoga, a sidesplitting new fitness fad that's part traditional yoga, part improv and all silliness".
chrisek thinks: There's nothing bad about having a good laugh. Spread it whenever possible. It's a simple way to make the world a better place.
sapphire2006 thinks: Laughter is one of the best medicines. The other is eating real food as opposed to the packaged, additive-rich junk that is available in the supermarkets. My grandparents and their firends were fit and healthy. All their food was home-prepared and mostly organic. Modern methods of farming and processing food have denatured it to the point where we all need to take multivitamins. Laugh a lot, buy organic and steer clear of junk to keep fit and healthy these days.
romero thinks: OK. laughter is not a cure, but certainly it could be a relief for all the aggravation we have to face in our daily life. No wonder most the tv shows are late at night, and the end of the stressful day.
