Images and video of the scene could provide valuable information as to the extent of an accident. Needs could be easily accessed well before anyone is on the actual scene.

Multimedia requires a great deal of bandwidth that emergency services do not currently possess, furthermore an overload of information to sort through may actually hinder effort rather than help.
