Are newspapers and magazines a dying medium?
pg13gillespie thinks: Lest we forget, the most learned and interesting content online comes from newspaper and magazine journalists. My company is a content company that publishes a weekly magazine and maintains a companion web site. Newspapers and magazines won't die; they'll either morph into web-based companies or continue on as content delivery options for readers. TV was supposed to kill radio when it was introduced. Cable was supposed to kill broadcast TV. In the end, the people who examine the world and interpret it best through top-notch writing and reporting will prevail using the delivery mechanism preferred by the most consumers.
